In light of our school closing one week prior to spring break, I wanted to share a kid-friendly handout on the coronavirus that was created by a school counselor in Hawaii. Normally, we cannot electronically distribute her materials, but she has graciously given us permission to do so with this handout. I hope that it will ease the anxiety that some students might feel during this unusual situation in which we all find ourselves.
Here is a link to some other resources and tips from Counselor Keri in Hawaii to help us cope with coronavirus fears.
